We've all experienced it- the
occasional, strange anomaly in a photograph, the unexplainable form where there was
nothing before the lens. Is it light, shadow, and dust... or the presence of something
paranormal... who can say? Explore the evidence here...
  
I shot the
above three pics. The one at left really freaks me out. I shot it one afternoon at this
empty place down the road from where we live, which I call Sapphire Woods. Later,
when I downloaded the pics, I was surprised to spot what appeared to be
a rather diabolical looking face peeking out from behind the curtain
(you can find the entire story of the 'devil in the window'
here) The middle pic was shot during my last visit to El
Paso, when I stumbled across this charred ruin of an old mansion that was mostly
demolished by a nasty fire. I later noticed that it kinda looks like a pale mournful face
is staring down from the dark window. The pic on the right was shot here in NJ, at an
abandoned old vet clinic. To me, it looks like there is a
stern, malevolent old woman with some kind of veil or kerchief on her head glaring from
the window. Unfortunately, I don't know much about the histories of any of these places
  
In the left
pic, something devilish appears to be watching the debate along with the rest the
audience. In the middle pic, it looks like this elderly lady has a visitor (check out the
window behind her). In the pic on the right, there seems to be a blazing demon roaring out
of the house which has become a fiery inferno.
  
This cemetery,
pic on the left, seems to be hiding a rather sinister presence... do you see the hideous
face in the upper left portion of the pic? There seems to be one on the right, too. And in
the middle pic, some sort of ectoplasm-y mist appears to form into a very macabre figure.
Anybody got that number for the Ghostbusters?? In the right pic, the partially
transparent form of a little girl can be seen. This pic was shot at a hotel where a little
girl died in a fire in the early 1900's. Could this be her spirit?
 
Do you see the
ghostly Civil War soldier, gun in hand, standing poised between the two tombstones to the
right? And is it just me, or are there two intensely watchful faces apparent in the screen
door behind this woman and child in the pic on the right? Heebie-jeebie!
Some of these pics were
sent in by readers. I don't have any background information on them,
other than that they are widely distributed on the web already. If you

properly. I dig looking at these kinds of
pics, and since I know a lot of you guys do too, I'm gonna share as many
